I strongly advise against ordering from this store. The fact that a product is on the website does not mean that it is in stock and that you will receive it. I paid for the order immediately by card, and after 5 days the order was cancelled. Not immediately, not the next day, but after 5 days!!! I am simply shocked. I wasted my time choosing the product and placing the order, and in the end the order was cancelled. They used my money and used my most valuable resource - time. At the time of the order, there were promotions in several stores for the product in the order, and after 5 days the promotions ended everywhere. I had to buy diapers at a different price. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!

I added a photo at the link. After that, I contacted the eva.ua Hotline. I still have not received an answer to the question of where to send the goods. When asked at whose expense the return will be made, I received the answer: "at the expense of the buyer." I would like to note that I do not agree with the last statement, since according to Part 5 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.91 No. 1023-ХІІ "A contract concluded outside of commercial or office premises (including when trading through an online store) may provide that products or results of work (services) that were sent by mail must, in the event of termination of the contract, also be returned by mail. Any costs associated with the return of products are borne by the seller (performer). The seller (performer) must reimburse the consumer's costs associated with the return of products." Please respond as soon as possible. I want to send back the goods I do not need, receive my money, and purchase the goods I need as soon as possible.

Then problems with the shipment began, I called on 11/3, they said the order was placed and waiting to be shipped, I called on 11/4, they said the order was collected and would be shipped today, tomorrow at the latest, I called on 11/5, they said they could not promise when they would ship and the order could not be cancelled. Based on all this, I have a question, why then say, "promise" that the order will be sent today and why does each operator say something different (whatever they want) I am disappointed
