Cashback is charged on the basis of data from the store. If the order does not appear in your account, it means that we have not received any information about it. This process can be influenced by various factors such as other applications, store conditions, purchase algorithm, etc. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly what caused the loss of cashback in one case or another, as stores do not provide us with this information with each order.
We are also not interested in this situation, because we ourselves get nothing in this case.
As we do not work directly with stores, it takes time to find out about the situation and look for cashback.
