In order to avoid a situation when a certain position is not available, I have adapted to arrange it as follows: 1 position - 1 order. The logistics of the online store are awful. Instead of shipping the order directly from the point of issue, it is sent from the consolidated warehouse in Brovary via Novaya Pochta. Logics?? There are no complaints about Letishop's website, but judging by the heap of reviews, often the problem is on Eve's side.

I ordered the necessary things from Eva. I hoped that they would be delivered in 1-3 days, as indicated. But all the deadlines have come out, and I had to call the store itself. And here's what I learn: "sorry, there is not one product in stock, we have to cancel the entire order ..." But with this service, I myself would have gone to the store three times and made a purchase. Question: why create this service if it does not work? I will never use it again. It just wasted time!

I ordered it once in Eve. Eva did not pay cashback, although everything was in order with the order. I submitted all the documents to Letyshops and they paid me a cashback from their own funds, tk. Eve and Letyshops ignored it.

Eva is very disappointed with the store. Made an order 1.04, 2.04. called, said that a technical failure, confirmed the order, today 5, and has no movement, status - "on assembly". And I need a baby cream. Specify the deadlines you can meet, because people are counting on something.

Cashback comes within the time specified. (If you received an order) But if you made an order on Eva, then do not think that you will definitely receive a cashback ... Eva often cancels an order (it happens 7-10 days after registration) Eva's employees they call and say that the product is allegedly out of stock, although they are selling it after their call ... Accordingly, cashback does not come after that, even if 1 of the product is allegedly out of stock.
