The warehouse accounting in the online store works disgustingly, it shows empty balances for the order and payment, logistics are like a turtle - delivery within 10 days, and then another six months to wait for an ephemeral cashback. A disgrace, not an online store.

this is trash, first you spend a week collecting 2 packs of diapers, then you wait a month for the cashback to be credited, and while it hasn't been credited yet, do you need such a circus? Decide for yourself.

Something was ordered incorrectly, replacement of the color of the item at the same price - a new order number. No item - a new order number. changes in the delivery department - a new number. In general, the order is quickly counted, but you need to try hard.. so that they leave you that number. Because most likely - it will be replaced. And now at least all this is visible through Eva's account.

At least some stability with cashback. It is always credited, the store always confirms it, you don't have to worry and don't have to write to tech support all the time with clarifications. Excellent service, I recommend it!

10 days to wait for an order, you call them, they say some product is not available, accordingly we edit the order, another week to wait. Cashback is not credited for a long time, I don’t even know if it will be credited at all. The advantages are promotions, low prices, products that are not in the store.

I love this offline store, but I don’t recommend ordering online, everything really takes a long time to arrive, most of the products are out of stock.

If it is important for you to buy "quickly" - go past the Eva store - it is a "turtle store". I waited for just one item in the order for more than 7 days.

The store is slow in servicing through the website, although I really like this network because of the assortment and prices, but you have to wait a long time for an online order, it is almost never tracked properly. That is, the order can be at the store, and there will be no notification of its arrival. But I still sometimes place an order on the website, because there are goods that are not brought to the store and through cashback from Letishops)) Cashback, by the way, is mostly pathetic. Letishops works great! I have no complaints so far)

In the best traditions of this store, they simply stole the money. The order was placed through Letyshops. As usual, the operators contacted and notified that the required quantity was not available, there would be a new order. They sent a link to the email for a new order, which was paid. As a result, there are no goods, no money, the support service swears that there is no money. I do not recommend this bottom at all. I still do not understand why Letyshops continues to cooperate with them, if most customers have the same problem.
