Purchases at Moyo.ua with cashback in Netherlands
- В період дії підвищення ("Гарячого кешбеку") кешбек за товари брендів Apple / LG / Samsung / Sony, а також товари з категорій Мобільні телефони / Смартгодинники / Фітнес-браслети / Планшети буде нарахований по стандартній ставці 0.5%.
- Кешбек за замовлення по безготівковому розрахунку нараховується по ставці 0.3%-0.5%. Спочатку кешбек з'явиться з максимальною ставкою, але при підтвердженні буде перерахований.
Кешбек не нараховується або буде відхилений за:
- ігрову консоль Sony PlayStation 5;
- купівлю подарункових сертифікатів, купонів, знижок на оплату і карток оплати рахунків;
- попередні замовлення;
- замовлення по безготівковому розрахунку (за рішенням Moyo.ua);
- замовлення, оплачені бонусами. Якщо оплата була частковою, кешбек нарахується на суму без урахування бонусів;
- замовлення, оформлені в додатку Moyo.ua;
- замовлення з регіонів, в які магазин не доставляє замовлення;
- замовлення, зроблені з корпоративної адреси @moyo;
- замовлення, зроблені співробітниками Moyo.ua.
- за замовлення, оплачені карткою з функцією кешбеку (наприклад, А-Банк, Спортбанк тощо). Ця умова діє на період промо Moyo UA і даних банків. Замовлення, оформлені з використанням партнерського кешбеку від банків, будуть відхилені під час звірки.
Що робити, щоб отримати кешбек:
1. Відключити блокування реклами.
2. Якщо в замовлення потрібно внести зміни, необхідно скасувати початкове замовлення через кол-центр, а потім заново оформити замовлення через LetyShops.
3. Замовлення по безготівковому розрахунку оформляти без індивідуальної знижки від магазину.
4. Юр.особам необхідно купувати товари за ціною сайту, щоб отримати кешбек.

We received a reply from the store that the order is fixed, but the reward will not be transferred for it, because it does not belong to our service/advertising resource.
This could happen if:
- before registration, click on the advertising banner;
- go to the link/tab that overwrote ours;
- an extension is installed in the browser, which affects the loss of cashback;
- applied third-party promo code;
- shop conditions are violated.
We tried to support with a small bonus to please and not leave with nothing. :)
We sincerely hope that the tips will be useful, and the situation with the loss of cashback will not happen again.

Such a situation may arise if:
- go to the store from the mailing list or messenger;
- click on the advertising banner;
- switch between tabs or close the browser when creating an order;
- the ad blocker is enabled during ordering.
