Because of this one item, the purchase amount was not enough for free shipping, but everything was still shipped to me for free. Everything came in one piece, checked the position with the check, put everything in place. Cashback "pending" appeared immediately after the order was created.

They also cheat for free bonuses for reviews - they are not counted and they find an excuse that it turns out that all the reviews were uninformative, although this is not the case. They also canceled all cashbacks, although if you order with a Monobank card, you get a discount with a promo code and a cashback from Mono, which is even bigger than through Lety, but this can also be canceled because there is something in the order, as always, and your cashback, which you have long ago brought out in 2 weeks, waiting for the shipment will go into the red, and they will write to you that we will send what is with payment upon receipt, and what is burned cashback, of course to sneeze For any problem, even for expired goods, you will be given a promotional code for UAH 100, which can be taken freely, as well as promotional codes for discounts. Once there were no such problems with this store and they shipped quickly, but now it's a complete rock bottom. In general, I do not understand why this store is here, if it is the only one that does not confirm cashbacks, even to take the same Sansay, in which you can also use a promotional code and cashback will be confirmed, although it is written in the conditions that one thing - this is the level I understand. Here's the story of how Maudau, from a favorite and classy store, became the worst - it's a pity and sad.

The store fell into the abyss. They write "we will send tomorrow", but in fact they send within 1-2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks for the last order, then I received an SMS that two of the three products were missing, and the order was canceled. The "caring" care service in Telegram responds in 2 days.

Half a year later, Latishops sends a message - "oops, cashback rejected" for all orders that were changed by Maudau. There is no desire to worry about three pennies, only to open a dispute six months later that the purchase was made after all.
