I faced the same situation regarding the monobank card, there was no information before. I do not understand about the part of the cashback on the side of the bank - nonsense. It seems to me that such restrictions should be very clear, as for me when ordering they were not !!! In the extension, there was no warning. Ideally, they would write from what date the innovation is.

I read the reviews, even doubted that I would be lucky. I ordered a phone for Black Friday on November 27 for promotional cashback through Letyshops in Foxtrot. The phone was a gift, but not the point. I read the terms of accrual, made an order. They promised to deliver on 11/29, but in fact the goods were delivered in the evening of 11/30. Paid, took. Cashback amounted to almost 600 UAH. In addition, payment inside Foxtrot even used 300 bonuses when ordering, and I don’t remember where I got them from. I was alarmed that the order number in Foxtrot and in Letyshops did not match, which I reported to the care service. But I was told that it is always like this with Foxtrot, this is normal. On December 29, we accrued cashback, when I already started to think that nothing would work. In fact, the phone as a whole cost UAH 900. cheaper. And here's what happened: 1 case: I made an order through cashback, after 3 days they send the order, I come to New Mail and I understand that the order has not all arrived, and the documents are not all, I refuse to receive it, I send it back, after 1 day another arrives a parcel from another ttn missing order without any documents at all. I am sending too. I call up and ask you to do everything right and send it in 1 package (I called 3 times and strained the manager). It dragged on for 2 weeks because while the order left, while it arrived, it was sent back and repackaged. In short, everything took about 1 month. Well that okay not urgently waited 1 month. Everything seems to have passed as normal, but the order via cashback is NOT VALID since they canceled it and created a new one. Themselves on which already kaneshno Bagel. Here is case 2. I ordered everything as always through cashback, everything worked, the cashback order appeared in the personal account (foxtrot) all good. After 2 days I go to my personal account, there is NO ORDER AT ALL and the trace is EASY. I make a call back. The manager, the girl, says well, they say, I see the last order, but I don’t see your WHAT ON BN, then after a while she says, but found it, I clarify why (not in the office) I’m waiting for 5 minutes listening to music. The answer struck me: WELL, YOU HAVE THE SAME WITHOUT CHANGE. It shouldn't be displayed. So and I SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS EARLIER and the TTN was appropriated, how can I find out that it is being executed? The answer is: DO YOU DOUBT ABOUT MY COMPETENCE ??? And how stuck it was! I say how to track an item? She SAYS STAY ON THE LINE I will CLARIFY - I am talking about competence in her direction. THEY DO NOT * RENA KNOW. My further conversation turned into a very negative review of the store and said that I would buy ANYTHING FROM THEM more. And I do not advise you - Big disappointment in the store !!! Completely disappointed in Foxtrot. On Black Friday, Privat-Bank announced a special offer - when purchasing equipment at Foxtrot and paying with a bank card - 10% cashback. Through LetyShops I chose an Electrolux oven at Foxtrot. The product was in stock. I bought it online. After 3 days, they called from Foxtrot and said that the goods were out of stock. They offered to send the goods from the shop floor according to the old order. Then it turned out that Foxtrot had closed the old order and placed a new order. After consulting with my wife, I canceled the order by phone. In my personal account, I saw that the order was still being completed. I called the hotline again. They did not "hear" about my first call, but they assured that the order would be canceled and a request for a refund would be made. The next day I received an SMS: "Your order has been sent!". Two more calls to the hotline - the order status finally changed to "canceled". Then the money-return saga began. After each call to the hotline, it turned out that the request for a refund had not been made and they expressed surprise why I hadn’t contacted them yet! When 15 (!) Days have passed since the order was canceled, I called the hotline for the eleventh time and threatened to go to court. After 3 hours I called back from Foxtrot and reported a "technical error" and promised that the money would be returned within 5 (!) Days. Finally, the next day, the money (9000) returned to the card ... The Foxtrot service dropped below the plinth. Last time I did my shopping at Foxtrot! And I do not advise others.
