Payment only in advance. Upon request from Zooplus - we will change this in a few days. That was 4 months ago. I am not a new customer and have always paid my bills. In addition, I get more for cash back from another provider and if I order somewhere else I generally get 4% more selection and faster shipping.
So 0.6% is really very, very little :( It's actually not worth it, precisely because it is never recorded and you have to write to support every time ... there could be more cashback at Zooplus, that would be appropriate! :)

We hope the partners will increase the rate in the future.
Unfortunately, cashback is not credited when using vouchers.
We used to compensate for it anyway, but we can't always do that :(
Please do not forget to check the conditions of the shops before buying.

Cashback was not credited, despite all conditions being met! Contacting support or customer service, not possible, I always end up in Russian written support or customer service page, changing the language throws me off the page again and again, tried several times! I lost € 5 cashback! Enthusiasm about it is limited!

Unfortunately we did not receive any commission for your order, from which the cashback is calculated.
This can be due to several causes, including:
- Extensions / apps from third parties (e.g. ad blockers);
- Violation of the conditions on the website of the shop;
- Redirection to other pages / tabs before or during the ordering process.

Since you pay via PayPal there, the payment goes through another tab and therefore it will probably not be recorded by Letsyshop. So far, however, I've never had any problems getting a subsequent cashback. The customer service always takes care of that very quickly and easily :)

I want to reassure you: it is normal for a payment page to open when paying. That shouldn't affect the cashback, because the main thing is to redirect from us (or activate the cashback) before ordering.

The shop itself is great, but so far only one out of 5 orders has automatically generated a cashback. The customer support takes care of it, but it bothers a lot.
