Shopping at Temu is getting worse: in addition to the minimum purchase for free shipping increasing progressively (it started at 10 euros, then they raised it to 15 and now it's 20 euros), it happened to me that, after making a purchase, I saw that I hadn't made it through Letyshops, so I proceeded to cancel it and make it again, but through the website. My surprise is that they reject my Cashback because it stated that I had made the payment with Temu balance instead of with a card (this was because it was my balance from the purchase made previously and cancelled afterwards). In the end, I was left without Cashback.

Temu refund is usually confirmed within 60-90 days.
That difference in cashback between a new client and an existing client seems quite bad to me. I don't understand why a regular user is so undervalued.
