Terrible customer service. I've placed two orders through LetyShops and haven't received my cashback. I've filed a complaint and they've flatly denied it, even though I provided proof and followed their instructions.

Everything is perfect, except that if you're not at home, they leave the package with whoever is nearby. If you're not on good terms with your neighbors, the package could get lost. I strongly recommend using reputable couriers, because it's illegal to give mail or packages to uninvited people.
