Purchases at EVA.UA with cashback in Italy

Made a purchase solely for a raffle ticket. No cashback, no ticket, respectively. I see that this is not the only situation for me. Conclusions I have made.

Ordered in Eve (No. 08826396) 11/27/21. They called on 2.12.21 on the 6th day and said that the parcel did not fit into the post office, although there was up to 15 kg, and the order fit the dimensions. The consultant called and said that they could not send to the post office and you need to cancel the order in any case and create a new one with readdressing to the branch. It seems like you can't just change to a branch, so there is no getting out of the cashback payment. Accordingly, that cashback is lost. Last time I bought it in this store! Very disappointed

I ordered a product from Eva to take part in the drawing from Letyshop. Orders from 23.11 №08640279 and from 26.11 №08640279-1 did not receive any! On the first order, they called the 26th and said that there were no three positions. Okay, I replaced them. A new order has been created. On December 1, 2021, I called the call center to find out what was going on with the order and I was told that there were no more than five positions. How is it? And to the question, if I make a replacement, will my order be delivered? I was told that there was no guarantee that the items would not fall out of the order again. Letyshops do not take such partners.

I ordered a considerable amount of money from Eva only because the cashback was increased and to take part in the draw from Letyshop. As a result, Eve's cashback did not automatically appear, and according to the rules, I cannot take part in the draw in this case. Cashback has not yet been found, although I paid for the product online and received it a long time ago. It turns out that Letyshop does advertising for Eva, and Eva stupidly ignores the payment for such advertising, stupidly divorces!

made the first order on 11/09/21, took 11/13/21. 17 days have passed, but there is no cache back. a very long time to wait for a refund ... the maximum term for crediting is written as early as March next year! there are no complaints about the product to the store. packed well, delivered quickly, everything matches the description

Terrible shop !!! I ordered a package of diapers for the child earlier (not because of the summer shop), they delivered them to the Nova Poshta branch without any problems. I decided to order a shop in the summer, because it is a good cashback. The next day, the manager called me back and culturally "divorced" me. He said that it was not possible to deliver the goods to this branch of Nova Poshta, kindly proposing to forward them to another branch or send them by courier. But!!!!!!!! You need to re-order the product without cashback, respectively! This is despite the fact that similar goods were delivered to this branch of the state of emergency without any problems from Eva !!!!!, from Rozetka, and from other similar stores. Repeatedly! In conclusion - do everything to cancel the order! If you say that you are waiting for the goods and are not interested in other options - just cancel! It is better not to deal with this store!

I will not advise anyone online store Eva. Made an order, waited a week for notification of the order, called myself, said that there is no shaving foam available or can be replaced for sensitive skin, made a replacement, waited a few days again, phone, no lipstick available, wait 2-3 days and will send the order, it's been a few days again, the phone-no baby shampoo ask if you can send the order without this position, I already think let it be just send. Then I call, no face masks or can be replaced by others, replaced. They said to wait that day for an SMS to receive, I never received an SMS. On the second day I call, and then how can I list that there is no such thing. Almost everything is not ordered. They canceled the order. It's just HORROR, not a store. I do not advise anyone. Man hopes, and here it is. I just have no words, I will never order anything here again. And cashback was not charged, was not expected.

Packed very strange: for one pack of diapers and a face mask sheet allocated a huge box, which, moreover, fell apart at the seams. Products "exclusive to Eva" are of poor quality. The diapers bought there caused a terrible allergy in an hour and a half on the baby's skin. There is often nothing vitalistic. And after payment, it takes a very long time to receive the cashback from the store. I do not recommend this store.
