Purchases at EVA.UA with cashback in Italy

I decided to take part in the drawing, chose an online purchase in EVA based on practicality, not only was the order collected and delivered for 7 days, and the cashback was not taken into account. Wait up to 4 months. I didn’t participate in your actions, and it wasn’t worth starting. The fly shop service itself works fine (aliexpress and the outlet, from my experience), everything is operational, but judging by the reviews, the promotions are lousy, like everywhere else.

When placing an order, the payment did not go through at first, as if it was a failure. Have sent a notification to Viber, you can pay by the link. Okay, I paid because I ordered the necessary goods. Of course, you can forget about cashback, since now there was payment not through Letishop. But the adventures did not end there after 3 days the operator calls and says that the parcel is not marked in the post office with new mail. Even though I ordered 2 combs and a set of baby soap cosmetics. (restrictions on weight or dimensions are not indicated. Earlier I already ordered larger parcels from other stores at the post offices)

The parcel was badly packed, the baby tea in granules was torn, it had to be thrown away.

The increased maximum cashback of UAH 200 was credited immediately. Now in anticipation ... I recommend it to everyone!

There are no questions to the Eva.ua store - they accepted the order, processed it, sent it, received it - everything is in order. But there are questions to LetyShops, the procedure for calculating cashback is somehow very mysterious and repulsive to the user. if the order is confirmed by the store, received by the user, the question is closed by everyone, then why does the cashback for this order occur in "up to 130 days"? During this time, you can forget about the order 10 times, and about the store, and about this service once there is no return from it.

I agree with all previous speakers about the dishonest behavior of the store. Made and paid for order No. 08907795 dated 11/29/2021 for a large amount. According to all the announced cashbacks, I was rubbing my hands. We called on 12/04/2021 and said that there was a failure in the warehouse, but for me nothing changes - only the order number. They forgot, however, to add that the money will be returned and again taken as payment, which means I lose all cashbacks. Refused an order - it's unpleasant when they try to cheat! Today is 12/07/2021 - the money has not been returned yet. It is a pity that I had not read the reviews before - I would not have contacted.

I ordered the goods, specially raised up to a considerable amount to take part in the action, in the end I have to play with filling out the application to confirm the cashback. It's just sad ... Eva doesn't let me down for the first time, and not only in terms of cashback.
