Purchases at AliExpress with cashback in Italy

Of the 5 sales orders, only 1 was counted, the cheapest. All orders followed the instructions of the store through the mobile application. Everything was great last year, but now ... disappointing. Alas.

This year, we changed the list of goods to which cashback is credited at 5.5% and it has become irrelevant, 5.5% Mobile accessories, clothing, interior items, garden accessories for everything else 1% (!!!) is nothing at all! I do not recommend using this cashback for purchases on Aliexpress.

Large orders for 11.11 were not displayed, the search was silent, I made an order yesterday on 11.23, too, not cheap, it also did not appear. Fly and Alishka is no longer top, but just a disappointment.

After not crediting the transaction and filing the claim, the solution that Letyshops gives is to do it better the next time, (Even if you have bought more times and have done the same process well). When the purchase amount exceeds a large amount of money, magically the transaction is lost and letyshop does not register it, thus leaving the user without their cashback. In addition, after the subsequent claim, the solution they give us is "do it better next time" Quite unhappy with the randomness of registering or not registering transactions, in addition, this unfortunately occurs with more stores within letyshop ...

Previously, I have ordered more than once from Ali with the help of letishops, so I'm sure that this time I also did everything right. For me, letishops is starting to lose its relevance. Why do additional manipulations, if they still will not be of any use ...

I made a lot of orders for Ali, more than half of them were not credited, although the orders were for several products from different stores, something was credited and something was not ... Now you need to submit 10 applications, this is the service.

I don't understand the reason for people's complaint. I have a guy using Letyshops and I have never had a problem. If it is short that some cashback is not credited, but you send a capture of the purchase and every day you have it in your account. I think the customer service is very good, they answer in a reasonable time, and they explain things well and if you don't understand they explain it again, friendly and polite agents. People who complain about Aliexpress I am sorry to tell you that Letyshops is averse to order or seller problems. ☺

There is some truth in the previous post of the review)) As soon as the order is above 100 ye, there are immediately problems with enrollment and this is not the first time. Every little thing is instantly credited. I lost 2 orders for 144 and 375 I'm waiting for a solution.
