Indeed, there was a problem with cashback accrual when paying through ChronoPay in the BuyVip store, and for all your orders, cashback was accrued as a bonus, except for the first one, in which cashback appeared automatically, since the payment was cash. The manager of KupiVip said that the problem was fixed and, regardless of the method of payment, orders should be automatically recorded subject to all the rules of registration. That is why, on your last order, cashback was not credited with a bonus, and we asked you to reissue your order. If, for some reason, your orders are not recorded when paying through ChronoPay, you can always choose any other payment method available in the store.
