I am impressed negatively for all the reviews under Agoda as there are still people that do not understand the purpose of Lety Shop: some users instead of complaining directly to Agoda or the hotel, write a complaint here. Lety Staff obviously cannot do much if the door is missing or there are insects in the room, they can just be sorry for you. I would like to read experiences about Cashback tracking… so I will start with my experience: the cashback was tracked, but unfortunately never paid out. Many months passed and Lety paid with its own money (I think the only cashback service that does that, that’s why they deserve 5 stars on Trustpilot). Honestly speaking I have the same issue with another cashback service, I am waiting for Agoda to pay out from Nov2023. Transaction was tracked but not paid yet. I think these guys really need to respect the maximum waiting time, as I can see they tend not to respect it not only with Lety.

A huge disappointment. I used this website for the first time to make a reservation. The facility staff said that they do not use this website and as for them, I do not have a reservation. The money was lost (my card was charged when booking), the facility extorted money and I didn't even get a refund. Agoda's service is a failure, they completely ignored the matter because the facility's staff did not respond to them. I do not recommend anyone to use this website.

They do not issue an invoice. The hotel informs that the invoice is issued to Agoda and Agoda does not issue invoices because it is a foreign company and only issues a receipt for payment. And the invoice is needed to settle the delegation. Contact Agoda only in English. I used it once and it was a lot of nerves, I don't recommend it and I won't use it.
