They cheat on bigger returns, claiming that you shouldn't be right, and even if they're small, they don't protest. When a dispute is reported, the service in broken Polish says that it is either my fault, because I did not buy it within 1 hour (I proved that I bought it in 1 or 2 minutes) or that someone put something on somewhere, the staff cannot explain it. So in the end, I have to choose for myself what happened and why I am not entitled to the refund. I still have a grudge why I misjudge xd support

We are extremely sorry about this situation.
In the application, the Lord said that he had used a discount. It could have caused the partners to recognize that the remuneration was awarded to you and that they no longer paid a commission for us.
Some stores offer either a rebate or cashback.
We did not receive remuneration from partners, so we compensated part of the amount. Our manager explained all other details in the notification.
We expect future purchases to be successful.

The cashback was approved by the store very quickly - within 2 weeks of purchase. Mega super surprise, the more that the percentage of return is quite high for most stores. Everything's a plus!

Cashback does not appear, despite correctly fulfilled conditions, now I have to wait 3 months for the store's response, which will probably end in rejection. This is my first purchase, so the PLN 10 bonus for registration will be forfeited, which discourages me from using it even more. Again, I advise against.

There are quite a lot of reasons for the non-appearance of cashback. It may be a violation of the store's rules, the rules of making purchases with cashback, or a technical error.

It's a pity that you can't give less than 1 star, because in my opinion this one is already too much. Cashback was not calculated at all, and the store rejected the application. I do not recommend! I used cashback then when there was a 60% refund - I have screenshots of the cashback amount. Suddenly after posting a review I received a refund of PLN 10 and the review did not appear. It's a waste of time shopping in this store. Everything was done according to the description, this is not my first adventure with letyshops. Once again, I do not recommend!

After you left a review, we contacted you about this (section "Help") to try to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the partners refused to provide remuneration, we compensated the return to the company. We cannot charge the full amount, because you have not received the payment from the store.
