This is the second such situation that happens to me and just like now, and then the order amount was quite a lot of PLN 500 for shoes. I don't know why so, but with all cheaper orders I have no problem, only when I buy something more expensive - they appear (maybe that's my bad luck). Nevertheless, I hope that, as for the application for the shoes, I received a refund And everything turned out well, I hope that it will also be this time. As for Media Markt itself, I have nothing to complain about, the transaction was flawless, not to mention the discounts I received :)
