I have bought many times and only on 2 occasions have I had cashback but it does not coincide with the purchase since the items I order are from the participating departments for reimbursement. The times I contact support, their response is that "the store does not accept". They should have Amazon with 100% acceptable cashback in all stores/departments, etc, because as they are right now, it is not known when it will and when it will not apply.

I have made several purchases activating the cashback and it never gives me it. It doesn't even show activated like in other stores. I think it does not work with this company. I recently did one when I was at 25 percent and it didn't work for me either. It does not work

I buy a lot in amazon before in aliexpress and with amazon many of my purchases are not reflected, I try to raise a ticket and it tells me that amazon does not accept anything. You can make something out of 45 purchases, only 4 you see the cashback. what a disappointment
