I booked 2 hotels in Thailand through Letyshops, none of the orders was reflected in the expected cashback. The support service did not answer anything intelligible. Canceled orders and switched to another service.

This requires a check confirming hotel accommodation. It is given upon check-out from the hotel, and it is a mandatory element of the request. After 60 days, the cache never appeared. I contacted Letishop's support, they helped very quickly and the cash is now credited! Thank you, it's nice to be useful to each other! And the problem is that after switching to booking from Letishop, I made a reservation, and then, noticing a catch in the form of a low ceiling, I decided to improve it and exchanged it for a more expensive one. The cache seems to be frozen because of this. I put 4 stars for this, I hope there will be no similar problems in the future!

Perhaps the changes made to the order caused a long wait. Unfortunately, such changes may result in the rejection of the cashback. The fact is that in some cases the source of sale changes, the order is placed without the participation of our service. Therefore, partners simply have nothing to pay us remuneration for.
