I didn't think this cashback thing was true, but after a while they returned some of my purchases, which is a very good thing, but there are stores like Walmart de México that you make purchases and the cashback is not made or does not appear, you have to fix those bugs, otherwise very good!

The cashback was not released in Amazon Mexico and the maximum time for its accreditation had already passed, the system tells you to generate a query or clarification when this happens, but when you try to do so, it does not allow you to do it and it only says that Amazon does not accept clarifications, so I thought that the cashback would be lost and I did not try anything, until I left my comment in the Amazon store section and with my comment they helped me to give a solution to my case and they created a query for me.
