De status "Voltooid door de verkoper" is geen bevestiging van het succes van de bestelling. Waarom heb je dan überhaupt statussen in je persoonlijke account nodig, als ze niets bevestigen? Dan is de status "geannuleerd" volgens jouw logica ook geen bevestiging van een mislukte aankoop... gewoon onzin.

In sommige winkels betekent de status "Vervuld door verkoper" dat de verkoper de bestelstatus zelf heeft gewijzigd. Helaas is dit geen bevestiging dat de koper de goederen daadwerkelijk heeft ontvangen.
Om u te kunnen helpen en de cashback te verrekenen, dient u een aankoopbewijs te overleggen. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een screenshot van Nova Poshta, een betalingsbewijs of een ander document zijn dat de aankoop bevestigt.
