I made an order on the site prom yes especially because of the conditions of the program, bring a friend. I ordered a designer for the child. I made screenshots just in case, since I had a bad experience of using this, it seems to me not quite an honest fly. and of course the cashback was lost and no charges occurred. Having formed an appeal in support with all the above-mentioned proofs, I once again saw vile excuses like: "we recommend you .... blah blah blah ... you have the opportunity to order more ..." in short, chicken droppings. my opinion: they themselves do not know how their system works and where my order went. I repeat, there are screenshots of the order. order number is. how can you lose it? I do not recommend this cashback to anyone. this is hemorrhoids and out of 10 purchases, maybe half of the orders will be with cashback. I leave and retire. and I will inform all my friends

A normal marketplace, if you are smart about choosing a seller on it (like on Aliexpress). True, I found out about the cashback on it only today, after I received two regular parcels. I had 17 completed orders there and never had any serious problems. A couple of minor misunderstandings were resolved at the level of negotiations with the seller, without the involvement of third-party arbitrators. And now I'm looking for another purchases - New Year is approaching, no matter what

Dear Letishops, you have decided to return to cooperation with Prom.yua, and even raised the cashback amount from UAH 8. up to UAH 10.8? Just recently, you refused to cooperate with them for a number of reasons. This makes me happy :-)

A parody of the marketplace. The only convenience is the comparison of product prices and a really large selection. The sellers are motley, the site itself is not responsible for the quality of the goods, hence the great variety of fakes and an outspoken Mr. Nice start and really good shops leaving the site. It has become a tradition lately. Well, the last "spit" is cashback: the goods are ordered, received, but not 8.80. It's not about money, but about basic respect for the buyer. Prom to Ali in Everyone! as to the moon.

The order was placed, paid, and successfully received. There were no refunds. And after an extremely long wait (longer than the specified one), the cashback was simply rejected. I already deal with the support service, but the residue remains. DO NOT recommend the store !!! Cashback is already meager UAH 9.6, but they don't even want to pay it.
