I made a €32 purchase with the 45% extended cashback, but it wasn't credited. Letyshops ultimately refunded me €1.89 on its own, but it's nowhere near the amount I was owed. I'm very happy with how the app works in general, but they should be careful not to include these types of stores that don't comply with their agreements, because from what I see in most of the comments, this behavior is typical in this store.

I made the cashback with 45%, I placed an order for € 48, all the procedure I do correctly with caution, making sure that in each step the extension indicates that the cashback is activated. I make the purchase and the cashback is not made. I make the claim, they have me waiting 3 and a half months with very little information about the case in this regard and, in the end, they deny me the cashback offering me a compensation of € 5 for a cashback that I should have received of about € 20. They say that their "partners" have not answered, if they are your partners make sure they answer you, I have no fault in that. They use your platform as a claim for massive sales (because a 45% cashback is that), they leave your users in the lurch and you do nothing. And the worst thing is that it is not an isolated case, far from it. I will certainly not buy from this store again and I will think twice about using this app again.

3 months ago I made a purchase with the cashback at 45%, I did all the steps as indicated and the cashback was not recorded. I made the claim and for now the only thing they have told me is to wait, wait and wait again, after 3 months I still don't even know if they will pay me the cashback or not.

In the same way that I put negative comments when the cashback does not arrive, I placed an order with the cashback increased to 22.5% and everything is great. It appeared to me very fast!
I placed an order 1 month ago with the cashback increased for being a new member and they did not register the cashback. I filed a claim with photos and Letyshops informed me that my order was not registered and that they were going to contact the store. I've been waiting for a month and they haven't solved the problem for me. Totally negative experience that did not happen to me with any other store.
