I made a purchase of 1000 euros in technological products (a computer) at Christmas around here to see if it saved me a little, but, 2 months later I am still waiting for an answer since in letyshops it has not been registered and they transferred the information to FNAC. With this I do not mean that it is the fault of lety, with purchases in other stores I have never had a problem, I think that the delay and the general problem comes from FNAC. Likewise, there are still 30 days to exceed the maximum wait for them to confirm the cashback, I will wait another month and if it is resolved I will change my review. At the moment I am very unhappy with this store.

I made a purchase almost ago in which the cashback should be approx € 11 but what a coincidence that the extension was not activated correctly, when for purchases on aliexpress in which they return a few cents it is always activated luxury. It already happened to me with a purchase in pccomponentes, so it is LetyShops' problem, which is not interested in returning money when a certain amount is exceeded. I have been waiting for almost two months for them to resolve my complaint, having provided images that the purchase was made correctly and the extension was activated, but it seems to me that they are not going to be interested in giving me what corresponds to me. I'm going to uninstall extension and application and look for an alternative.
