Here are a couple of tips and tricks on how not to lose cashback when buying online:
- split the order into smaller ones. Make 2, 3, or 4 orders, so you are more likely to get cashback, at least some. For example, if you order for 1500 UAH, free delivery from 500 - make three orders of 500 each, if so it turns out.
- when ordering in an EVA store in each specific product, pay attention to the item "Delivery 2-3 days". If it is written 2-3 days - it means they have the goods, they write "Delivery 3-5 days" or even more - it means that the goods are not from them, but from their partners, and in most cases it is not there, or they have to wait a long time, or they will offer replacement - and as a result cashback will fly off.
- do not agree to the notice of the goods, or the cancellation of a position. Check with the operator if everything else is available and refuse the order altogether. Collect a new order from what is already in stock with a cashback.
You can also withdraw cashback from EVA if you pay with a card with cashback (category "beauty and care" in alfabank, or "Beauty and health" in monobank, or in other banks somehow else).
Also, according to your phone number in the order, there are additional bonuses for the EVA loyalty program.

Advice for LetyShops, refuse to cooperate with this grief store. I do not recommend. Ordered. Then they called back 3 days later and started hanging noodles on their ears - like there are only two positions, not 3 as ordered. They want to receive orders and cancel the cashback (due to a change of order). It is better not to buy anything from them, because they do not fulfill their obligations.
Like many others, I have problems with cashback from Eva. I made an order for hot cashback, but it just didn't appear in Letishops. Eva pretended that I didn't include cashback, it's a shame (it's good that I ordered only 1 product, which was quite profitable even without a 20% cashback.

As a result, I wrote a letter to their support service to find out my order number. I got an answer. 2) where is the ordinary authorization? so that you can add products to your favorites, to pull up the customer's loyalty card, add an address with a template (in general, what competitors have long been for the convenience of the user)? 3) cashback did not appear after three days. It's time to write to the care service) This was my first purchase in an online store. Guys, do not get fooled by the increased cashback, especially in the Eva store. They will do everything so that you do not get it! I made an order there only because there was an increased cashback, I decided to try it. I went to the site and there was also a 1 + 1 promotion, that is, for a certain brand, when buying one product, they gave the second of the same brand as a gift. Apparently in Eva they thought that both cashback and a share were too fat for me. First they waited for the 1 + 1 promotion to end and then a few days later they called back and said that one product - mascara - was out of stock. PACKAGING DAMAGED. Trust me, the packaging can be damaged even where it is impossible and this unit of goods will be the last one in the warehouse if they want to cheat you. And I remind you that cashback crashes to zero if ANY changes in the order are not important due to whose fault. The packaging is damaged, this is a favorite fairy tale in almost all online stores when, due to their fault, something does not work out, or they saw that there was an increased cashback and did not want to make a discount. As a result, the increased cashback and the 1 + 1 promotion have passed, it makes no sense to re-order. will be more expensive. I lost cashback but left the share. The mascara which was not asked to be changed for another. This is also a problem. I repeated on the phone 2 times that it was brown. We sent a confirmation email and I see the color is black. I called back again, changed it, confirmed it, but still the courier brought black ink. I left an order, did not return it and spoil my nerves. Was it that difficult?
