Added a photo at the link. After that I contacted the eva.ua Hotline. I still haven't received an answer to the question of where to send the goods. When asked at whose expense the return will be made, I received the answer: "at the expense of the buyer." I note that I do not agree with the latter statement, because according to Part 5 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" of 12.05.91 № 1023-XII "Agreement concluded outside commercial or office premises (including trade through online store), it may be assumed that the products or results of works (services) that were sent by mail must, in case of termination of the contract, also be returned by mail.
