It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.

- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Another common reason for losing cashback is adding products to the cart without going through us.
I placed an order without any problems, nothing hung up, nothing disappeared from the basket. I also managed to get a 25% cashback. The rules are complete nonsense. Cashback is not accrued if the product was added to the cart or to the "My Wishes" list before switching from the LS. How is that? I don't remember whether I added the product to my wish list or not. It's not always possible to find the product after switching from the LS. But if the programmers had somehow figured out how to make the last Ali page remain open after switching from the LS application to the Aliexpress application - there's "no time" for that (or what?). The main thing is to come up with rules.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cashback if the product was added to the cart or "My Wishes" without going through us. This was warned on the store page.
We didn't receive anything from the store. But we want to support them, so we added a bonus to the balance from the company's funds.
Please do not forget about the store's terms and conditions and basic shopping rules.
I also recommend using the following shopping algorithm:
- Switching from LetyShops to AliExpress.
- Search for products, fill the Cart/Favorites.
- Payment and order processing (if more than 1 hour has passed since the transition, please repeat it).
Ali is a scam! I made an order, the money was withdrawn from the card. The order was closed. Support response: The money should be returned within 10 days.
Don't worry, the partner has proven itself to be reliable. If promised, the money will definitely be returned.

The real cashback percentages are simply ridiculous (the declared high percentages apply only to very limited products and in the vast majority of cases you get the minimum percentage)
