In the parcel, this item was not sent at all, 20 days passed, the order was canceled altogether, citing that they did not get through. Why did you even need to call if they were told once? Everything is very bad!!!

The order is fully paid. They promise that they will send it, but today is already the 27th and it is deaf again.

The second order from 08/03/2024 - they wrote that they will deliver on 08/08/2024 (!!!!) But I doubt this too much! WHY don't you write on the website that you have no products in stock. I've had enough of fooling customers. And I am not yet writing reviews about every order with which there are always problems. And another innovation. It is impossible to receive an order with payment to the courier if there is even a bottle of alcohol. Everything must be paid in full by card at once. A clear answer, where did they get it from, I was given the name of the law in the bot. But I did not find a clear written norm there either. Perhaps it is necessary to teach employees to know the laws better and not to fume and brush off customers "maybe they will believe". I wrote to return the money, but silence in response.

The status of all products was "Shipping tomorrow", but even after a WEEK, the order was not sent, no one even created a TTN . There was no reaction other than "wait 1-2 days", actually 2 days have passed, and the situation has not changed.
