I gave this store a couple of chances and each time I couldn't do without calling the hotline, they write one date of dispatch, in the end they have not sent on time, but 5-7 days later than the specified date. The hotline apologizes, but does not solve the problem. Once they gave a discount on the next purchase as a change, but happily forgot about it. In general, the service is terrible and I do not recommend this store, since at the moment I am again waiting for goods from them that were supposed to be sent on 09/23, and today is already 09/26

I will leave another negative review. The last few orders were more or less delivered on time, so the rating is not one, but two stars. The last order - I paid, I'm waiting for delivery. No information for several days. I decided to find out from the support service. It turned out (according to the operator) that one of the products is no longer being delivered. Although, it is still available on the website, and most grocery stores sell it. But even if this is so - this did not become clear at the time of my request. And if there was no request - how long could I wait for a paid order? Why does the store itself not contact the buyer in such cases? A little lower there is a similar review from a buyer - he found out about the absence of the product only after his request. So, this is not the only case. Moreover, such atrocious service has not happened before. Just return to your previous standards and there will not be almost 100% negative reviews!

I ordered here for 2 years and everything was great, often free delivery to the door, some coupons, discounts, delivery was 3-5 days. And this year, something happened that caused big delays. The last time I bought there!!! I do not advise anyone!!! My order is paid, it was delayed by more than 2000, but I think it happens. She started calling after a week, 2-3 times, they said that there was a delay in the warehouse. 2 weeks passed, I got a call that the order was lost and I had to order again. I applied, they assured me that they would monitor it personally and there would be no delays, but I waited again for more than 2 weeks. There was 3 kg of powder that was paid for, so I didn't buy a new one, then I took a small one at the ATM, then I asked my mother to fill it up 2 times, because I thought it would just come. When the order did arrive, there wasn't exactly 3 kg of powder for UAH 500, and the check inside the box didn't have it either, but I paid on the website. They promised to return the money, at first they said that they had not received my payment, they read the bank's conditions that the money could take 30 days to arrive, I waited a month, called again and they said that the money was there! They promised a refund for the powder. 2 months passed, no money!!! I called the operator 2 times, because no one answers in the chat bot and no one contacts me about this issue!

It seems that the store was not bad, but lately there have been constant problems with terms and availability. There is no problem with cashback at all - not a single normally paid one. Every time you have to open disputes and prove something. Thank you, Lety solves everything. But there is no longer any desire to collect those checks and argue

After placing the order, they immediately called and said that one item was not available, they replaced it with another. 16 were not sent, 17 were not sent. I call on the 18th, they say that there are problems with another position. I note that they did not inform me about such a long delay and problems with the product, but I had to call myself. I agree to the order without a problem position and receive a promise that the order will go today. It didn't go. I am calling on the 19th. It turns out that there is a problem with two more positions. In the end, I ask again why you do not report delays or problems yourself, but only wait for a call from the client. In response, I receive pre-prepared phrases! Refused to order at all. I would like to note that this is not the first such situation, I have already filed a complaint and talked about it with various managers. They promised not to allow this, but nothing has changed. I will never use the services of this store again!

Within 10 days, I received several messages about the delay in shipment and several calls from operators about the absence (or damage) of one or another item, despite the fact that they are still available on the website. Spent funds, nerves, time, and the result is 0.

Service used to be better. Disappointed. I waited a long time for the parcel to be sent, about 3 weeks. I didn't even check at the post office, and some goods were missing there.

You can use it only if you are not in a hurry at all - when you can wait for several weeks, there is probably absolute miscommunication and ineffectiveness from the actions of managers. In fact, on the delivery date, they informed that there would be a delay of several days, and we hope that we did not let you down - and we let you down and how because I made an order a week in advance, in order to come back from vacation and update food, household chemicals, etc. or some other store, but an order for more than 8,000 after almost a day of conversations with the managers already in the evening it turned out that they were delaying the delivery due to one package of tea that was unsuitable for delivery - they did not even ask if this situation was critical for me, I would have simply refused the tea and I had a main order for the whole situation, they offered a 100 UAH bonus, at least it was better to just take it and make the result and deliver it on time. I do not recommend it at all - again, only if you can wait a long time for the order, service - the bottom *** there are no questions about letishop

The last time I ordered from Maudau. never again the order was created on 09.08, it should arrive on 22.08. they spoiled two goods from the list on the way. brought on 25.08. at the same time, the communication with the calipers is delayed, the information inside about "leave on guard" is not transmitted to each other. there are no questions for letyshops.
