Sometimes the cashback service does not work or there is a 1 week delay until the cashback finally arrives. Lately I paid with activated cashback on AliExpress in the amount of 198 € and I'm waiting for the cashback until today but I think it won't come and I don't feel like contacting the service every time because it just takes too long. Cashback was active, the symbol was green, anti banners and advertising blocker deactivated, but nothing was received. The cashback service from LetyShops is faulty or preprogrammed with a long delay. There are other cashback services that are better and there are even higher percentages than cashback than with LetyShops. I am disappointed with LetyShops in the future I will use a different service as long as LetyShops does nothing with their service quality of the cashback.

I made orders on 11.11 and 12.11. 80% of orders were not displayed in Letishops. I wrote to the care service as expected with screenshots and other things. They say that they gave me the maximum bonus possible 2.5% for my purchases that I made on 11.11 and black friday of which I have not credited the cash back, but their calculation is wrong since they are not considering that my purchases were made in USD 132.28 and As I am from Mexico, the charge is made to my account in Mexican pesos MXN at the exchange rate of the day that ranges between 19 and 19.20 pesos for each dollar. In my purchases of which I have sent you a capture, the collection in dollars is reflected for a total of 132. 28 dollars and you are calculating 2.5% on this amount but you are crediting me in pesos not in dollars as it would be correct. I hope you can review my case again since that confusion with the currency exchange has not been clear.
