We are also interested in the fast accreditation, but it depends on the confirmation from partners. Regarding the situations of a cashback loss, we totally understand your concern, because we don't receive any commission as well if the cashback doesn't appear on our system. However, we are always open to help our customers with any problem.

After 2 years of using the app, I just have to say that if it's high value cashback purchases, they refuse to do the same. All purchases I make online activate the extension but they still refuse to give the cashback... Now I wonder! Is it worth using this?

Super fast service and friendly staff not seen in many places. Regarding cashback, yes it has been better.. And from what I see here, it's not just my problem, as I've been thinking about this time.. Some/many cashbacks are not counted and we are wasting.. I have to always be wasting time asking request but still not all I receive. Unfortunately, it had everything to be a very good platform. But more and more purchases are not accounted for here...

The first purchase using the LetyShops extension worked well and without having to contact the service. Afterwards I made two purchases that, for reasons that I couldn't clarify (they claim that there were other applications blocking LetyShops' one, even though I said I didn't have any other extension in the browser, and they can't tell me which one either), it wasn't done. They gave me €2 in compensation, but I lost more than €7. I have now made a new purchase to give the application another opportunity, let's see how it goes..

Extensions that may affect: ad blocker, extension of another cashback service, AliExpress shopping helpers. Also, cashback may not appear if the user during checkout accesses another tab (eg a coupon site) or clicks on an advertising banner.
