Purchases at Ouigo ES with cashback in Spain

I recommend that once you see the screen that your tickets have been reserved and the reservation number and the activated Cashback appear, you always take a screenshot. If you don't do that, this company will never pay you cashback. They never appear, I always have to claim it and finally they give it to me by attaching the screenshot. Make a purchase of 87 euros, wait 1 day to see if the cashback appeared, when it did not appear, make the entire request (I uploaded photos and fill in all the information they required), at first they told me that they would answer me in 10 days, now they are 4 months because as indicated they have to contact the store. So quite a few glitches at least with ouigo.

Loss of cashback can be caused by several factors: violation of store terms, prolonged payment (more than one hour), use of promotional codes.
