If you don't do that, this company will never pay you cashback. They never appear, I always have to claim it and finally they give it to me by attaching the screenshot. I made a purchase for 87 euros, waited a day to see if the cashback would appear. When it didn't, I completed the entire application (uploading photos and filling out all the required information). At first, they told me they would respond within 10 days. Now, it's been 4 months because, according to them, they have to contact the merchant. So, at least with Ouigo, there are quite a few glitches.
