What a coincidence that whenever I put a negative comment on a food order they always reject the Cashback, maybe it's just a coincidence but hey. If I put positive everything is fine, so enjoy without pressure. And the amount is always much less than the order, but at the end of the day they give you back cents, so it is not going to be a big deal, Letyshop enjoy my cents xd.

Cashback is paid on the net value of the product, excluding VAT, all other taxes and charges, and any additional costs such as delivery and shipping. Cashback can be canceled by:
- Breach of the rules and conditions of the store;
- Follow / enter through another link that is not ours;
- Cancellation / return of the order;
- Or by some mistake.
We see that the cashback was almost always credited to your balance. If you did everything right and the refund has been declined, you can always open a dispute through the "My cashback" section of your account;)
