Reading comments it seems that I have been another of those affected when the cashback is high. I made a purchase that gave around 21% if it exceeded 50 euros on the letyshops anniversary and the cashback automatically did not appear. I have complained with screenshots of the purchase and now they inform me that they are going to transfer it to the store and that it may take up to 4 months to give me my cashback. Honestly, I was very disappointed. If this store cannot afford such figures, they should reduce the cashback or not participate at all. I hope to have my cashback soon.

After making an incident they tell me that it can take UP TO 4 months for the store to respond! And then 4 more months to get your cashback back! If the cashback is multiplied it is difficult for them to accept it. I had to complain once and this second time I'm still waiting after a month, they don't recognize it even if I provided a screenshot with the purchase and the cashback activated. I don't know why they offer stores that don't comply. If you make the purchase directly on their website, obviously no problem.

Whenever the cashback percentage is higher, there is a problem with the order if it is made through Letyshop, however the same does not happen directly from their website. It seems that they do not want you to place the order from the app to avoid cashback.

Well, I order it again through the letyshop App and the cashback is not pending again, I already received the package ten days or more ago and today I got a letyshop bonus because the supplier has not credited it when it was done with the conditions for cashback. I place an order on July 26 for eighty euros of school books. As of today the order is incomplete. We talked to the store and they are all excuses and they tell me that the best thing is to place a new order for the missing book. So I already lose the 14'19 discount that I had accumulated. But I don't lose a book, I lose everything. It seems terrible on their part. I no longer have bills and I pay more for books than at any other stationery store.
