It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- for the VAT (value added tax) that is included into each order amount;
- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

I've been using it for about 3 or 4 years now, and it's always worked well. You click "Go to Store," place your order in-store with the extension enabled, and within a short while (usually less than an hour), you'll receive a "New Cashback Pending" notification. When your order arrives, it will remain "Pending" until you confirm it in your Aliexpress account. After confirming, your cashback is usually approved almost instantly. Keep in mind the terms of use on this website, and copy and paste the product link to check whether it's eligible for cashback or not, in the "Verify" box. Thanks for everything to the LetyShop team!

Please try opening a dispute on your AliExpress account.
Under normal conditions, the balance on ALIEXPRESS can usually be credited correctly, especially if you enter a couple of times in a row from the LETYSHOP link to "crush possible" old cookies, going directly to the product that you have already seen before, adding it to the basket and paying immediately so that the cookies do not expire.
