I could not make my reservation at the hotel, I went to the letyshops page and from there to the booking page and I could not make the reservation because every time I gave it to confirm reservation it told me that an error had occurred and I tried more than 5 times and with different cards (thinking that the error could be there, but it was not) I tried again logging out of letyshops and opening another tab completely separate for booking and so if my reservation worked on the first try and with one of the cards With the ones I had tried previously, that means that it was because I accessed the booking page through the letyshops that did not let me make the reservation, they should correct those things because it does not make sense to have an account in letyshops if not can use and rather generates errors on the page of the partners such as booking.
