Agoda does not send an invoice/receipt via email as an attachment. In the body of the email it reports the amount paid, but in the attached PDF document it only reports how much you will have to pay to the hotel at check-out (i.e.: the tourist tax). For me, who travels for work, it is very inconvenient because I have to attach a receipt to request a refund from my company. In fact, I lack a clear and detailed document (receipt/invoice) to request a refund. Very very uncomfortable.
