- Cashback is not credited in case of using the shop's mobile app.
- Cashback is not credited for Gold orders, Fine Jewellery, EMP Code, Idols & Coins.
- The maximum number of purchases allowed with cashback is 5 orders per user in a month.
- Cashback is not credited for purchases made via Ajio Business Account.
- Cashback is not credited in case of using coupons, vouchers or promotional codes of any kind not published on the LetyShops website.
- Any exchange of goods is treated as returning that's why cashback for the exchanged product is not credited. In case of a product return request, cashback is rejected regardless of the result.
- Due to the shop's T&C any request for the lost cashback should be submitted till the 5th of the month next after that in which a corresponding order was made. Any request submitted later than that will be rejected automatically.
