The purchasing process is simple and effective. I have not had any problems with the purchase or receipt of the products. In two business days I had them at home. The package tracking code is indicated in the order data, but there is no link to the delivery company's page nor is there any indication of which company is used. By investigating the information on the website I was able to see that it was SEUR and then follow up on my own. It would be nice if this information appeared complete in the order data. The cashback appeared automatically in Letyshops, although it marked a value of €0. We will wait for the resolution to see if the cashback is applied in the end.
