And in general, the question arises: in the case of a reserve, I still buy the product. What then is the difference between buying and buying after reserve? In both cases, the store receives money from me, and I receive the goods. And one more thing: when you press the "Buy" button on a product and choose to pick up the product in a store where this product is in stock, then the first letter "R" is assigned to the order number, i.e. reserve. As if you buy, but in fact you reserve and, as a result, you do not receive cashback. It looks like some kind of unfair terms. I think that's why there are so many negative reviews. Dear Letishops !!! Either set up a cashback accrual scheme, or remove this store from those available on your website. Strive for the best !!!

There is still a lot of work left for testers in the intertop system. I ordered two pairs of shoes, in one order. Confirmation came that the cashback should be credited (115 UAH). Then an SMS comes from Intertop that the order is divided into two parts. Well, OK. The next SMS, which came, said that the order was canceled and that the money would be returned to the card. I wrote to them in support - "What a cancellation, I haven't canceled anything." / "Oh, sorry, technical problem. Let's re-order." I re-ordered. A day later - the same garbage, again cancellation, despite the fact that I was confirmed that the goods IS. "Sorry, it happened. Technical problem. Are you reordering?" (I'll give it credit, the support was very polite and pleasant.) I re-ordered. As a result, as I originally ordered, I received both pairs of shoes, but the cashback due to all these twists and turns was obtained only for one pair of shoes (59 UAH) :(

The fact is that if you order two or more pairs of shoes, in 99% of cases the store divides it into at least two, the order numbers change accordingly and they are also sent by different shipments. The store never agrees with the buyer. Accordingly, in such cases, the cashback is rejected. There is no separate content to order each pair, because in this case you need to pay the cost of several deliveries. I have repeatedly addressed this problem to the staff of the letyshops care service, I was constantly helped by crediting the company's cashback funds. Last time, literally yesterday. On October 24, I made two orders from Intertop again, and to my surprise, both were split in two. So, now I am waiting for four orders and the cashback, which was fixed after two, will not be credited. I will not turn to the care service with this issue anymore, it's just a shame to abuse it. But, is it not possible to somehow agree with the store on a situation where the store makes changes in orders on its own initiative?
