Disgusting store with terrible service! On November 6, an order was made in the Eva online store. The order did not appear in my LetyShops account, despite my compliance with all the conditions. And yes, I'm an experienced LetyShops user. I was not surprised by this, since I had previously read reviews about Eve. Okay, God bless him, with cashback, I'm waiting for an order, delivery time is 4-5 days. On November 13 I receive a call, my order is canceled, because one little thing for 8 UAH is out of stock! After only a week, they realized it !!! Okay, paying for the order again! It is clear that we are not talking about cashback at all, since the repeated payment goes through the link received on Viber, and the first order made through the LetyShops application was canceled! I was assured by phone that absolutely everything, except for the canceled trifles, was in stock, and I would soon receive my order. Another 4 days pass. Silence. Finally I called myself. It turns out my order hasn't even been assembled yet! Because other little things, worth 17 UAH, are out of stock !!! And again, the order needs to be reissued and wait until they deign to process it and deliver it to me! Naturally, I canceled the order completely. They just used my money for 12 days for free. Nice tactic, Eve! An excellent divorce, which is not undermined!
