I met all the requirements to get that cashback, which should have been € 13 (maximum allowed) since my purchase was € 30. Coincidentally, Letyshops did not receive information from the store about my order and my cashback was lost. I claimed Letyshops, and quickly (thanks for the fast customer service, Letyshops) they credited me € 6.50, which from what they told me came out of their own funds, even so, I lost half of the promised cashback. Conclusion: It seems like a joke on the part of the store, since it becomes a good publicity with the increase in cashback but later it does not fulfill what it promises.
