Purchases at Casa del Libro ES with cashback in India
- Cashback is available only for the Spanish version of the site.
- Cashback is not credited in case of using any voucher or discount code.
- Cashback is not credited for second-hand books / books sold by third parties (order made from Casa del Libro's marketplace).
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
- Please be advised to accept cookies on the store's website for your order to be tracked properly. Otherwise cashback for an order may get lost.
- According to the Casa del Libro ES terms and conditions if cashback for your order has not been added to your account with "Pending" status, you should create a corresponding request in your LetyShops account within 45 days after the purchase has been made.
If the order is divided into several parcels, the cashback can be transferred only of one of them. If the cashback did not appear for the entire purchase amount, write to the LetyShops Customer Care Service.

I do not recommend it. Since October 19, waiting for them to give me the cashback of 10 euros that I made once when it was higher and still nothing. At this point I doubt they will approve it ... I will not repeat this in particular, because in other stores with less cashback (cents or few euros) I have had no problem.

It had been working very well for me, but lately it doesn't register my cashback, regardless of whether I activate it with the extension or from the Letyshop website. Not even the Letyshop system is registering the cashback, since in my recent requests for lost cashback it says: "The cashback has not been found in our system." I haven't had any problems with small purchases, but whenever the purchase is over €100, I've had to submit a request. I appreciate their excellent service, but it's a bit tedious having to register a request for each purchase when that's what the extension is supposed to be installed for. ): All I can do is be patient and wait for the optimal resolution of each purchase request.

These used to have a maximum price of €15, but now they're €5. At the beginning of the year, there was a good discount every month, sometimes even 30 or 40%. The truth is, it's gone down a lot, but that's probably due to the store. This platform works quite well for your book purchases.

I made a €32 purchase with the 45% extended cashback, but it wasn't credited. Letyshops ultimately refunded me €1.89 on its own, but it's nowhere near the amount I was owed. I'm very happy with how the app works in general, but they should be careful not to include these types of stores that don't comply with their agreements, because from what I see in most of the comments, this behavior is typical in this store.
