They say that they gave me the maximum bonus possible 2.5% for my purchases that I made on 11.11 and black friday of which I have not credited the cash back, but their calculation is wrong since they are not considering that my purchases were made in USD 132.28 and As I am from Mexico, the charge is made to my account in Mexican pesos MXN at the exchange rate of the day that ranges between 19 and 19.20 pesos for each dollar. In my purchases of which I have sent you a capture, the collection in dollars is reflected for a total of 132. 28 dollars and you are calculating 2.5% on this amount but you are crediting me in pesos not in dollars as it would be correct. I hope you can review my case again since that confusion with the currency exchange has not been clear.

I do not know what happened to this application but my purchases on 11.11 and Black Friday were not rewarded, I have contacted the customer service, I have sent a screenshot of all my purchases and I have received a mock bonus, I made all my purchases according to the rules, just as I had done on other occasions, I have checked in the list of their stores and my purchases did not belong to that list, so I do not see benefit to continue using this application if it only brings problems, false hopes and loss of time .

On 11.29.2019 I made 4 purchases on the page and the refund notifications have not appeared, the 4 purchases have been with different sellers and are not on the list they provide. On 11.30.2019 I have made another purchase and it has not been credited either.
