Purchases at TOMTOP with cashback in Ireland

The store is not very good, because there is no communication between the store and the buyer, everything is through their Vkontakte group, but I ordered a phone from there, ZTE Nubia Z9 Elit, I am very happy with the purchase, because it is really cool, everything arrived in 25 days, and it matches the description, thank you for not deceiving me, we are waiting for cashback, so far we have not had much luck with it!!!

I ordered headphones on March 1 with delivery in 3-5 days. On April 12, there was no parcel, and no tracking. They don't answer emails, don't return money, don't send the goods. They didn't respond to an open dispute on PayPal. It's good that I paid through PayPal - I managed to get my money back. I don't advise anyone to buy anything from this "store".

I bought a DVR on sale, with a discount for the first order and double cashback - in the end it cost significantly less than on other trading platforms. Payment via PayPal inspires confidence. They sent it quickly with tracking, but the parcel took a long time, the post office is as slow as always. They packed it so-so, just in a regular Chinese postal bag with bubble wrap - all responsibility for safety falls on the box from the DVR - it was wrinkled, but survived the delivery. I concluded for myself that Tomtop is an ordinary Chinese store, you can use it.

The service is bad, they promised to deliver the order in 5 days maximum, paid delivery, I waited 1.5 months, I also had to write to their support, find out where my order was.

Horrible store! Deserves maximum 0 stars, because they do not send paid orders! It has been 21 days since I ordered the xDuoo X3 player, but I can't get an answer or send my order. I will complain to PayPal about them, so that they do not have anything to do with them.

Disgusting store, tracking hasn't been working for 2 months already, support is either there or not. Answers in monosyllabic sentences, doesn't give any information. Now I'll probably have to wait the same amount of time for a refund.

I highly do not recommend this store. If I could, I would give minus 5 stars. 3 weeks after payment, I waited for the goods to be sent, wrote to support several times, and in the end they answered me that I allegedly did not pay extra for the delivery of the goods, although the site says Free Shipping and no one notified me that I needed to pay extra. The money was returned back the same amount.

Horrible store. I ordered a smartphone on Black Friday. They put the order into processing and have been playing the silent game ever since. They didn't give me a tracking number, and they haven't responded to my emails even once. So much for the oldest and largest store... Horrible! Don't buy!

The worst store, do not buy anything here. Expensive order was sent 2 weeks after payment, packaged terribly, arrived in a crumpled, crushed box, possible damage to the contents. Letters sent to the store are returned, no one answers messages left on their website, no responsibility.

I order from TOMTOP several times, everything arrives in good condition.
