But the next two times, it was as if the store employees decided to test my patience and mock me. First they sent me a torn pack of food, simply sealed with tape. No one warned about this, of course! After communicating with the site staff, we agreed that they would give me a discount on the next product. Then I ordered Simparika. The full price was debited from the card. And in the application they indicated 150 UAH. less. Again, I had to contact the employees and defend that the promised discount on my account would be returned to me. The order took a long time to be sent. They couldn't send it within 4 days. As a result, they sent it to the wrong parcel terminal that I indicated. The store did the redirection at its own expense, but this is another day of waiting for the goods... Lately, the store has been very let down. Apparently spring is taking its toll. They don't think about work)
They work quickly and qualitatively - everything was promptly sent. Cats are happy. We will order more.
