I can’t say for sure that the service is good. I use this cashback only when I buy on iHerb, almost always I have to apply for cashback myself, since they do not come themselves and are lost, they are credited for a very long time. During the year I have withdrawn funds only once in the amount of 330 UAH. One plus is a polite support service, once the store rolled back to enroll cashback and the site charged it from itself.
