Sometimes, unfortunately, stores transmit incorrect information about the order status, and an erroneous rejection of the cashback occurs. In order to contact the store and find out the reason for the rejection of orders, we need any confirmation of payment, not necessarily a receipt, it can be a screenshot of the store's personal account.
