On the last day, I contacted the support service again, but they told me that they had sent the information to the appropriate department and they would contact me. No one contacted me, the return is in the mail. I'm just shocked by the terrible service.

I made 2 orders at Sinsay back on 16.05, when the cashback was 15%! Cashback never appeared in the personal account for any of them!!! I issued a "lost cashback" for both, but no change!!! It looks very unfair! I followed all the rules, I did not go to any other sites!
